CANCELLATIONS FOR PAID
IN FULL CLASSES

Cancellation requests received by email or phone 21 days prior to the class date will receive
a refund less $10.00 material fees.
|
|
|
|
Cancellation requests received by email or phone within 21 days of the class date will receive
a refund less $15.00 material fees
|
|
|
|
Cancellation requests received by email or phone within 7 days of the class date will receive a
refund less $50.00 material fees
|
|
|
|
Cancellation request received by email or phone within 24 hours of class is not able to
receive a refund.

CANCELLATIONS FOR
DEPOSITS

|
|
|
There are no refunds for deposits. Reschedule requests received by email or phone 7 days
for your class date may be carried over to another class.
Deposits may only be carried over 1 time.

|
NO SHOWS
|
|
With no attempt to contact us, deposit or paid in full amounts will be forfeited.
|
|
RESCHEDULE
|
|
We will make every effort and assist you in rescheduling your class as long as you provide us
with proper notice.
|

If a class is not held for any reason, Capitol Area Practical Shooting, and/or its
representative’s liability is limited to the FULL class fee only.
